# FTX

### On the FTX exchange, you can create an API key for the main account and sub-account, both of which can be added to BitUniverse.

## :point\_right: **1. Create API keys for the main account and connect to BitUniverse.**

### &#xD;1.1 Log in to your account on <https://ftx.com/>

### **1.2** Follow the link <https://ftx.com/external-program-api-keys>

### 1.3 In the "External Program" drop-down list, select "BitUniverse".

### &#xD;1.4 Click on the button “Create API Key”.

### 1.5 API for your main account created successfully! Copy the API key and API Secret.

### 1.6 Enter BitUniverse mobile App. Click on “Trade” in the bottom.

### 1.7 Click the key icon in the top right corner.

### 1.8 Click " :heavy\_plus\_sign: ".

### &#xD;1.9 Click FTX.

### &#xD;1.10 Fill in API Key and API Secret. Leave the “Sub-Account Name” field blank. Press button “IMPORT”. Hooray, you connected FTX main account to BitUniverse! :sparkles:&#x20;

## :point\_right: **2. Create API keys for the subaccount and connect to BitUniverse.**

### 2.1 &#xD;Log in to your account at <https://ftx.com/>

### 2.2 Click on your account in the top right corner.

### 2.3 In the drop-down menu, click on “Subaccounts”.&#x20;

### 2.4 In the open modal window, select the sub-account you need to connect to BitUniverse. If you do not have a sub-account, you can create it by clicking "Manage Subaccounts".

### 2.5 For creating a subaccount please click on "CREATE SUBACCOUNT". In the open modal window, give the name to your subaccount and click on "CREATE SUBACCOUNT".

### &#xD;2.6 Follow the link <https://ftx.com/external-program-api-keys> if you want to add your FTX created subaccount to BitUniverse.

### 2.7 In the “External Program” drop-down list, select “BitUniverse”.&#x20;

### 2.8 Click on the button “CREATE API KEY FOR \<Your Sub Account Name>”.

### &#xD;&#xD;2.9 API for your subaccount created successfully! Copy the API key and API Secret.

### 2.10 Enter BitUniverse mobile App. Click on “Trade” in the bottom.

### 2.11  Click the key icon :key: in the top right.

### 2.12 Click " :heavy\_plus\_sign: ".

### 2.13 Select "FTX".

### 2.14 Fill in the fields API Key, API Secret, and Sub-Account Name. Please be noted that Sub-Account Name is required. Press button “IMPORT”. Hooray, you connected FTX  subaccount to BitUniverse! :sparkles:&#x20;
