### :point\_right: BitFinex: how to create API keys

### 1. Log in or create a new account on <https://www.bitfinex.com/>

### 2. Hover the profile icon on the top right corner, and then click "API Keys".

### 3. Click "Create New Key". Give your API Key a name as bituniverse. Select permissions as follows. Press "Create API Key".

### 4. Confirm with 2FA. If you don't have 2FA on Bitifnex, skip this.

### 5. Confirm with email by clicking "CREATE API KEY".

### 6. Tada! API key created successfully! :sparkles:&#x20;
