# Okex

### :point\_right: Okex: how to create API keys

### 1. Log in to or create a new account on <https://www.okex.com/>

### 2. Hover the profile icon in the top right corner, then click "API".

### 3. Enable 2FA to add API keys. Follow OKEx's instructions to finish this.

### 4. Click "Create V5 API Key".

### 5. Name your API Key and give it a password. Select “Read” and “Trade”. Press “Confirm”.

### 6. Tada! API Created successfully! Save your API information. Press “Confirm”. Finished! :sparkles:&#x20;
